Customer Service.
Our Customer Service Team is second to none. All of our team members have been working at the company for many years, and have received extensive training in all of the products, which include; their composite materials, manufacture and technical data, therefore you will rarely be kept waiting or passed to other personnel for the information you require. Apart from being able to give technical advice, the customer service team are there to make appointments if you require a visit, send quotations, catalogues and deal with enquiries regarding bespoke items.
Products.
All the products that Teasdale Ltd sell are manufactured by ourselves on our own premises. Our company has a variety of manufacturing departments, including; engineering, welding, screen printing and its own research and development unit, among many others. As no items are bought in we are able to keep a close eye on the quality of materials and manufacture of each item. Our company follows a rigorous Quality assurance system to ensure that all items are manufactured to the highest standards and only good quality materials are used in making the goods. A further advantage is that the customer can deal directly with producer and seller of hospital equipment items, cutting out the ‘middle man’ creating a smoother and quicker order completion.
Sales Team
Our highly experienced Sales Team are able to visit anywhere in the UK promptly. They make visits for a variety of requirements, either to take measurements of a required item, to produce a quotation, to take technical data for the manufacture of non-Teasdale products, and to generally give advice regarding customer requirements. Our team are helpful, friendly and have a good reputation with our customers and will do what they can in order to assist the customer’s needs. Our Sales Team visit all Operating Departments, Accident & Emergency, Delivery Suite and Wards.
Bespoke Items
All our products in the catalogue are standard sized items. Due to our manufacturing capabilities and Research and Development department we are able to produce items that are bespoke to the customer’s requirements. Bespoke products may include, a variation on the size, shape, material. If you need an item manufacturing differently to our standard products, please do not hesitate to call our Customer Services team who will be able to take the details by telephone or arrange one of our Sales team to pay you a visit.
